Well I am drinking my new favorite shake. It consists of Wild Berry Mix, Orange Juice, frozen fruit medley and ice, hmmm soo good. I take Herbalife shakes as part of my plan to lose weight. I have gotten sick of the orignal shakes with just water, so I started to mix it up and try different recipes. This one really tops it off. I really like Orange Juice and I am not sure why I stopped drinking it. I know it has sugar in it, but it tastes good and has some benefits to it. I buy the 50% less sugar variety.
Tonight my older brother Nate, who is a doctor is coming to town. I am trying to get out of work early to pick him up. Tomorrow is the big race, 10K, but a very challenging race and my brother always pushes me to the brink. I am in worst shape than I was last year at this time. Thats me 29th, at 46:51, 7:32/mile pace. I ran a trial run the other day at 48:37, so I am going to need to push myself hard to get to the pace I did last year. My goal is to me or beat my time last year. It will be a challenge.

Good luck with the race! I would love to be able to run a 7 1/2 or 8 1/2 minute mile, give yourself some credit! It's good to push yourself to do better but at the same time you should be proud of yourself!
