I love to snack before I go to bed. I decided to have a shake instead tonight. Heres the recipe:
Butterfinger- 2 scoops cookies n cream, 1/2tsp sugar free butterscotch pudding, 1/2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding, 1 tbsp peanut butter, chocolate soy milk.
Tastes good and controls my hunger well.
