Food Choices for the day
First pic is two eggs with parmesan cheese on a whole wheat English muffin and a cup of soy milk. My friends idea. Stir fry frozen vegetables, onions and eggs with coconut oil. Crystal Light Orange Drink.
Third item was a Wild Berry Shake, with Orange Juice.
