Well last night, I got out of work at 4:45a.m. and I was starving. I didn't have much food left at home expect my shakes. Albertsons opens at 5a.m. so I went there just to get some things for my shakes mostly and I was thinking about getting pears. Well they didn't have pears. I did get grapes and two apples, but I went by the bakery area and needless to say it got me. I got one donut. What else got me what I fell for my wheat thins with cheese and ranch dressing again. I got home eat the donut and had a bowl of the cheese and ranch dressing for dipping my wheat things in. I woke up and was craving it again, this time I had two bowls of it. Now I am beating myself up for cheating soo much.
