Good question... Im going to pick C as my answer- crossing my fingers! :)
I know it actually helps boost your metabolism and I tend to not be so STARVED all day with a good balanced breakfast in me. :)
I hope it's not b, c, or d because then I'm doing it wrong! For me, I've never been one to eat right when I got up. It's usually several hours later!
It's worked for me though, because I've maintained a long time!

Thats good to know, I dont eat straight away =, I usually eat once I get to work, going through the morning emails and eating breaky at my desk.
