Food Log

My new camcorder, I am still trying to figure out how to use it. Just order the manuel, since I got it second hand without a manuel. Should have some videos soon for everyone.
For Wednesday:


Salad

Tea - burns 80 calories

Shake - 180 calories, 18g of protein

Tea - burns 80 calories

2 pieces of chicken plus vegetables- 50g of protein from the chicken

shake - 180 calories, 18 g of protein


No exercise, legs and the rest of my body was sore from the day before.

You should be able to pull up a manual on line. Go to yahoo answers and ask where you can get a manual for the camera. You may get a couple of answers with an actual link to the manual.
