My lunch: Cool new recipe:
2 Tablespoons French Vanilla Formual 1 Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder
1 cup nonfat milk or plain soy milk
1/2 cup of frozen mango sorbet or low fat ice cream
1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
2 ice cubes
