I weighed into my Sunday challenge at 173lbs. My Monday challenge 177lbs. I eat a big dinner on Sunday night and I didn't take my
Herbalife tablets on Sunday, but still. I can't describe how terrible I felt. All week being pretty good and one day throws it all off, ugh. I left the challenge pretty frustrated but I decided in my mind to let it motivate me. I left the challenge and ran hard for 20 minutes. Had one good meal and work and now I am home, 4:35a.m. and plan on having one shake and one piece of cheese, 300 calories. Thats it!!

I know, a weight gain is rough. While I honor and respect your seriousness in this, make sure not to take it TOO seriously. I do hope you're going out, having fun, but don't let bad days get you down.
I don't say this to be rude or mean, I say it because I care :)
That is the reason I dont DAILY WEIGH! I know with/without certain bodily functions I can fluctuate daily- I bet you see a loss in a weeks time! :) Keep up the great work!
it could be not enough water, water retention. it could be what you ate..it could also be the time of day (if not weighing same time of day every day)
But whatever you do..Don't let it knock the wind out of your sail..you have the tools. You have the power within you..you can change it right back around. Empower yourself as you have. rise up within yourself and show yourself you can do this!
Hang in there Emmet..Next week will show the loss!
Sodium, water retention. All of that was not permanent gain.
Don't take it so hard. You'll be fine in the long run.
It's part of the reason I never use a scale. It drove me insane.
I think it's all in the ups and downs. If the general trend is down than you're still golden.
Unless you ate 12,000 calories for dinner Sunday, I doubt the 4 lbs is a reflection of your actions. Our weight fluctuates day to day, hour to hour. Recommitting to your plan is GREAT, but take care not to shortchange yourself nutrionally. (Lecture over. :))
Thanks for all the comments, I was soo frustrated. Some days I want to quit my business, and go back to being fat and worthless. But then I think twice about it. I have to be a good example in my business, it can be tough sometimes. I like it though, keeps me motivated to keep taking the products and helping other people. I weighed as much as 210lbs before I got on the program and committed myself to health and wellness.
Don't let it get you down!
I swear the scale just goes crazy some days! You could weigh in the very next day (heck, sometimes a few hours later) & those extra pounds could be gone again.
Have a great week!
Running hard for 20 minutes is awesome! That is a great accomplishment! I'm at 10 minutes straight, so my goal is to increase the time I run.
water retention!!! A big meal with lots of sodium will do it to you!!! take a deep breathe and it will all be all right!
