Run
I just got home from a run. I did a 5K run in this 100 degree heat in 23:45. Its ok but I am trying to get close to 20 minutes. The heat makes it tougher. I just got new running shoes, running socks, and running shorts. I love new clothes!

Nothing like new shoes and socks to put some spring into your stride! Kudos on going after your goal, even in the heat!
