Cool Prayer
I know this is off topic, but with all my struggles, it is hard to fall asleep lately. I got to thinking what I did as a kid. When I was a child, I remember saying this prayer with my parents before I went to bed at night. I like the prayer and it reminds me of a happy place in my life. I thought I would share.

Before sleep medication, I had a hard time falling asleep too. My staple is the Kenny G Breathless album.

I still use that prayer too! There is a slight difference in how I learned it.. Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the lord my soul to keep. If I should die before I wake, I pray the lord my soul to take. God Bless Mom, Dad, Bob...
