A recent Time magazine article, "Why Exercise Won't Make You Thin," is misleading at best. Exercise is critical to losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight, especially when paired with healthy eating habits.

I really thought that time article was odd. I basically got out of it something to the effect that if you exercise and eat too much you'll not loose weight. Gee, there is some cutting edge journalism huh? If your running to go get a supersized Big mac meal you won't loose weight? Wow! Who would have thought? That's why Time mag isn't my source for fitness information (or much else for that matter)
They really downplayed all the good things about exercise in that article.

Haven't read the article yet but it's good to see "regular" people who look at things like that and say, "'Scuse me?" You'd be amazed at the people who don't LOL :D
