Blueberries for sure! But chocolate chips?? Now you've got me thinking. LOL
I have been drinking the banana strawberry vivanno smoothie lately. It has a scoop of protein powder and it has 280 calories. I get it at starbucks. It's the only liquid calorie doohicky that keeps me full. Tasty and a good calorie bargain.
Before Atkins, I loved a good frozen banana in a shake. Now, PEANUT BUTTER!
Coconut! I either use coconut milk or shredded coconut (when I make my shake with my immersion blender).Love peanut butter too!
You're all making me hungry - coconut, banana, PB, chocolate .. I think it its a dab of raspberry, too. LOL

oh, and PB2 or Better 'N PB... adds peanut flavor without all the calories of regular. I also like regular PB too :)
