Well not much to say, so I will just put my food log in for now.
Snack: Salad with Ranch Dressing, 2 pieces of bread
Dinner: Fried Orange Chicken, 1 piece of Glazed Chicken 1/2 plate of green beans, fried rice
(felt like crap for 30 minutes after eating this)
Snack: 2 100 calorie packs of Lorna Doone cookies, 1 cup of milk
2 beers (need something to relieve my stress)
