4a.m.

Well I got out of work at 4a.m. and really wanted to go to the bar and have some food and drink. But instead I came home and had Niteworks and two 80 calorie yogurts.

Food Log for the day:

Breakfast:
1 English Muffin with Peanut Butter and shredded cheese

Snack:
Cereal

Lunch:
Wild Berry Herbalife Shake with Orange Juice and Pineapple Juice

Dinner:
Watermelon, Mac and Cheese, 1 piece of grilled chicken, and corn

Snack:
Herbalife Chicken Soup Mix

Snack:
Potato Salad, Scrambled Eggs, Broccoli

Snack:
2 Yogurts, and a Niteworks
