Well I got home from work and even though I did my food log for the day, I just was too tired to write it on here. Then as I was watching tv, I started munching on wheat things, and before you know it the box was empty. Ugh.
I went to the gym today even though I was sore from seeing my trainer yesterday. Today so far I had a shake with my tablets, two english muffins with peanut butter and rasberries on top, hmm soo good.
