Weekly Goals

After looking at Suzi blog I decided to set goals for this week.

1. Follow my training program for Team Challenge and run 4 times this week
Monday- 5 miles, Tuesday- 2 miles, Wednesday- 5 miles, Friday- 10 miles

2. Have at least one shake a day

3. Take my tablets 3 times a day with food

4. Clean my house before my parents come on Friday

5. Start of my new Weight Loss Challenge is Tuesday- invite people to come and show up early

6. Read at least 5 blogs a day

What are your goals for the week?

Love the goals...great idea!! Mine are to go to the gym every single day...cardio every day on the treadmill...weight machines 2 days on, 1 day off. 1500 calories each day. It's going to be a great week! :)

My goals are to get to the gym four out of my six exercise days. Keep my calories under 1550, and get enough sleep. Hope you accomplish all you want to emmett.

I think it's a great idea to formulate specific goals and list them. Will work on that.

Yes, scallops are a great source of protein, and healthy omega-3 fats!

Great goals. Which pills are you taking with food? You gotta be careful with those things, they aren't regulated at all.
