Well I didn't want to get out of bed. I finally did about 2:30p.m.. I got a bunch of errons done and then I decided to go for a run. I started running and within the first five minutes I was feeling the pain and wanted to quit. I decided to stick with it and I ran about the distance of a 5K. I felt better afterwards but during it I felt fat and out of shape, it was tough. Its amazing what an extra 5-10lbs does.
