Feeling soreness
Yesterday was the first time in a few months that I saw my trainer and actually did more than just running. I did pushups, sprints, abs etc. Today I am really really sore all over. I wanted to go for a 3 mile run today, but my body is hurting.

DOMS - they feel horrible, but also give you that sense of having worked out hard, right?
