Running, Eating

Did a quick 5K run before work. Have a great shake for breakfast at 4p.m., yeah thats breakfast for me, lol. Had a salad for dinner at 10p.m.. Had 2 cups of tea. So far so good for the day.

Congrats on the running and on your low weight! Thanks for the encouragement with the snow activities. We don't ski or have a snowmobile. But I do enjoy watching a blizzard out the window! LOL I know the skiiers are enjoying the extended winter, it's just a matter of getting to the lifts. We get so much so FAST, the roads are not good. :-)
