Well I just got home from work. This is the time I always struggle not too eat too much. I am soo hungry and I want to snack a lot while I watch tv and wind down. My plan is to just have some cereal and not eat too much more.

It must be hard when you're doing that shift!
I'm always hungriest during my *evening* too.
I keep fruits and veggies on hand to munch on. Filling and low cal.
But, it's something I seem to always be at odds with.
The evennings are bad for me as well, im always feeling hungry and this is about the time I binge too.
