I know it sounds stupid for a guy. But today they didn't have much too eat at work and I eat ziti, pasta primerava and a taco. I feel really fat right now. I wish I didn't eat it.
On a positive side, I went to the gym earlier today and saw my trainer for an hour. I did pushups and windsprints mostly.

No stupid questions. Its interval sprints. You run up to a line, touch the line and then run back.
Well it looks like even though you didnt make the best food choices and you felt fat, you worked of those calories. it sure beats sitting on your but letting those calories add on to it lol. Good for you!!
