Weigh In

Today is my Weigh In for my Weight Loss Challenge. This week was pretty good, but I think I have to be great to get over my current hurdle. I seem to be able to maintain 170lbs but if I want to lose more, I really have to push myself to exercise more and eat healthier. My goal is 155 lbs by Dec. 12th, quit the challenge!

Be normal, no extremes. Everything in moderation, but don't deprive yourself. Get it? Got it? Now go kick some butt!

you can do this emmett...maybe not that much in one week, but slow and steady wins the race bud.
