Well not too much to say lately. At my Weight Loss Challenge I went up 1 lb this week, but I have been sick and haven't been able to exercise much at all. I am drinking lots of fluids, taking lots of medicine and of course taking my herbalife all natural products to get over this flu.
I have been trying to work my business a little more and help other people more. At the same time, I know that I want to lose a few more lbs. I weighed in at 165.6lbs at the Weight Loss Challenge. According to my BMI, a healthy weight for me would be 155lbs, so thats what I am looking to accomplish in this weight loss challenge. So far its been three weeks out of a 12 week challenge. 9 weeks to achieve my goal of 155lbs!
