Plant Protein/Animal Protein

It is important to keep a balance between plant based protein and animal protein. You can

switch regular milk for soy milk for example. Most people lean way too much on Animal Protein(whey protein) and not enough on animal protein(soy protein).

Water

You should drink half of your body weight in water a day. For example if you weight 170lbs you should get 85 oz of water a day.

Airport food

I was in the airport, looking for something healthy. I looked around and I looked at some labels. I was surprised to see on Yogurt Parfait label that it has 30g of sugar. I always think yogurt is healthy but that seems to be an excessive amount of sugar. I did find a good fruit cup and eat that with water.

Water

The suggested amount of water, is half your body weight in ounces daily. Get ride of sodas and drink with no or not much nutritional content and replace it with water. Add a lemon for flavor. If you are drinking enough water your system will start to cleanse itself better. Also it will help make you feel full longer.
